The 16-year-old was offered a professional deal with the South London club but has opted not to put pen to paper, meaning he will leave the Premier League side in the coming weeks.
However, Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes have also held talks with the teenager and he is yet to decide what his next club will be.
If Raymond moves abroad, Palace will only be entitled to a nominal compensatory fee under FIFA rules, but if he goes to Leeds, the fee will be decided by a tribunal, which could lead to a higher fee.

Leeds United are set to miss out on the services of reported target Thierno Balde as he's set to sign a new deal with Paris Saint-Germain, Goal reports.
