Leeds in Matviyenko battle
Leeds United are prepared to battle for the signing of Mykola Matviyenko, according to reports.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side are competing with three other Premier League clubs for the services of the Ukraine international, per 90min.
West Ham United, Wolves and Everton are also interested in the Shakhtar Donetsk defender.
Matviyenko, who is valued at around £20million, can also play at left-back or centre-back.
Final White blow
Leeds United have been dealt a final transfer blow in regards to their pursuit of Ben White.
The 22-year-old starred on loan at Leeds last season as the club won the Championship.
The Whites wanted White back at Elland Road for their assault on the Premier League but Brighton have rejected three bids.
The Seagulls now look set to keep the 22-year-old on their books, according to The Athletic, by signing him to a long-term deal.
Leeds preparing Felipe bid
Leeds United are reportedly preparing a bid of £26 million for Luiz Felipe of Lazio.
That's according to La Lazio Siamo Noi, per Sport Witness.
It has been reported that Marcelo Bielsa's men are ready to put an offer on the table for the centre-back.
The 23-year-old has two years remaining on his current contract in the Serie A.
