We’re now a few days away from Leeds United’s first Premier League game in 16 years, as the Whites prepare to take on the league champions.
Liverpool is the destination for Marcelo Bielsa and his squad, as they prepare for life back in the top-flight after such a lengthy period out.
To prepare for the upcoming season, Bielsa and the Leeds hierarchy have been busy trying to get any additional players they can before the campaign begins.

De Paul battle
Leeds United look set to face competition from Leicester City for the signature of Rodrigo De Paul this summer.
The Udinese midfielder has long been linked with a move to Elland Road, but it now appears the Foxes are also keen.
SportItalia journalist Gianluigi Longari took to Twitter on Sunday night to post the worrying update.
His tweet read: “Not only #Leeds #LUFC also #Leicester #LCFC is on race for #DePaul from #Udinese.”
Benrahma surprise
Darren Bent has opened up on how he has been left surprised by the fact Leeds United are yet to make a move for Said Benrahma.
The forward signed for Brentford from Nice in the summer 2018 and has scored 27 goals and claimed 24 assists during his time in the Championship.
Benrahma has been linked with a host of Premier League clubs, including the Whites, and Bent admitted he thought he would have already arrived at Elland Road.
He told Football Insider: “I honestly thought Benrahma would have been the one.
“I thought they would’ve got him signed up straight away but they haven’t done that yet, they haven’t managed to do it.
“It’s going to be interesting but I like what Leeds are doing in the transfer market.
“They’re getting one or two players in, they’ll be disappointed they didn’t get Ben White but they’ve signed Koch from Freiburg.
“It’s that Bielsa factor, would they be able to attract these players without him, I’m not sure.”
Foyth competition
Villarreal are interested in signing Juan Foyth from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.
That is according to Spanish publication AS, who claim Unai Emery has made Foyth his top target in defence this summer.
Leeds United have been heavily linked with a Foyth this summer, with Marcelo Bielsa believed to be keen on adding to his defence options.
