Florentino Luis transfer details

Florentino Luis has been heavily linked with a move to Leeds United and Portuguese outlet Mais Futebol has provided details of a proposed transfer.

It's stated Leeds would like Florentino Luis on a deal which sees him initially move to Elland Road on a season-long loan with the Whites retaining an option to purchase.

That follows on from an initial report from TuttoMercatoWeb, which stated Andrea Radrizzani had met with the midfielder's agent to 'see what formula' would be required for a transfer.

Jonathan David blow

French outfit Lille are on the verge of signing Gent forward Jonathan David, Le 10 Sport states.

The Belgian side stated at the weekend that Leeds United had presented a better offer for the Canada international, suggesting a move to Elland Road could be on the cards.

However, Lille are set to land David's services as a direct replacement for Napoli-bound Victor Osimhen.

Arsenal fight for midfielder

Leeds United and Arsenal are set to go toe-to-toe in the transfer market for Levante midfielder Jose Campana, El Desmarque reports.

The 27-year-old is also said to be on the radar of Aston Villa and Everton, with a stern battle for the former Crystal Palace man on the cards.

His disappointing spell with the Eagles was six years ago and has got his career back on track in La Liga.
