With 16 days until the January transfer window closes, Leeds United fans are desperate for a striker development.
The Whites have been heavily chasing Southampton striker Che Adams to fill the void left by Eddie Nketiah after he was recalled by Arsenal at the beginning of the month.
Billy Sharp and Andre Gray have also been speculated as alternative options to Adams but the wait continues to find suitable competition for leading striker Patrick Bamford .
After a run of one win in six Championship matches, a new recruit would help lift the mood around Elland Road ahead of Saturday's clash at Queens Park Rangers.
Ian Poveda latest
Manchester City starlet Ian Poveda will decide on his future by the end of the week with reports in Italy claiming he is close to a move to Torino.
The Serie A side have reportedly stolen a march on the Whites despite their early interest, according to Italian outlet Tuttosport .
The report claims that Torino have offered Poveda a yearly salary of €400k/year and he is considering a move away from England.
Whilst a deal hasn't been wrapped up by any means, Poveda is said to want clarity on his future as soon as possible and will make a final decision by the end of the week.
More Mor links

Emre Mor is once again being linked with a move to the Championship, with Leeds United and Brentford said to be chasing his signature.
Fotospor claim the 22-year-old fancies a move to Elland Road but the club have reservations over this attitude.
Having fallen out with the staff at Borussia Dortmund, Celta Vigo are also ready to cut ties with the Turkish international despite paying £11.7m for his services.
Brentford are understood to hold the same concerns about Mor, which could hamper any move to England.
Bent talks up Gray move

Former England striker Darren Bent believes Watford forward Gray would be the perfect addition to their squad.
The out-of-favour 28-year-old won the Championship title with Burnley in 2016.
Bent told Football Insider : “Yeah, I think we’ve seen before when he was at Burnley, and he was the best player in the Championship that year with them.
“He was one of the best players in the Championship that season, he’s got the pace, the power and that might be just what they need."
