More of the country could soon move to Level Four of lockdown as NPHET meet today to discuss the latest situation.
Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan will all begin Level Four restrictions at midnight Thursday but other counties could soon join.

Taoiseach Micheal Martin
The Taoiseach said on Friday night that normal life will not resume until the world and Ireland gets a vaccine.
But the Fianna Fail leader also had some ominous things to say regarding the rest of the country soon heading up a level in the Living with Covid plan.
Speaking on the new restrictions Mr Martin added: “Things may get worse until they get better.
“We will make it through if we continue to adhere to rules and we will work together.”
Tanaiste Leo Varadkar
The Fine Gael leader as much as said that more counties will soon join Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan.
Speaking on the new restrictions Varadkar said: “It is likely that more counties will move to Level Four.”
He said there was “no reason to relax” and coronavirus was “on the march.”
Mr Varadkar added that community transmission was now “widespread” across all counties.
