Latest European transfer rumours: Arsenal braced for Aubameyang bid, fresh Edinson Cavani offer

Time is running out for clubs across Europe to add to their squads in the January transfer window.

There are now less than 72 hours left in the winter transfer window, with the deadline fast approaching as clubs from the Premier League and across Europe try to complete late business.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are among the clubs still hoping to sign some new players in the final few days of the window, while there continues to be speculation over possible outgoings too.

Christian Eriksen did leave Tottenham earlier today, with Spurs confirming the permanent signing of Giovani Lo Celso.

But what else could happen between now and Friday?

Below, we take a look at the latest transfer rumours from across Europe.

Barcelona want Aubameyang

Arsenal are expecting Barcelona to bid for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang before the end of the January transfer window.

The Catalan giants are keen to add a new striker to their ranks after Luis Suarez was ruled out with an injury.

According to the Telegraph, Barcelona have not given up hope on signing Aubameyang, whose contract expires in 18 months.

However, they have lined up Valencia striker Rodrigo Moreno as a first-choice replacement.

Edinson Cavani is a wanted man, with Chelsea, Manchester United and Atletico Madrid all chasing his services.

The 32-year-old seems destined to leave Paris-Saint Germain before Friday's transfer deadline, with his contract up in the summer.

However, ESPN report that Atletico are set to launch a new £15million bid which PSG will accept.

The Uruguayan is thought to favour a move to La Liga over a Premier League club.

Pedro's next destination

Chelsea winger Pedro made a rare appearance for the Blues this weekend in their 2-1 FA Cup win over Hull City.

The Spaniard, out of contract in the summer, has found first-team minutes hard to come by under Frank Lampard.

As a result, the ex-Barcelona winger looks certain to leave the club in the summer.

Sport reports he’s had an offer from Japanese side Vissel Kobe, home of former teammates Andres Iniesta.

Goal, meanwhile, report that Pedro is a target for David Beckham's new MLS club, Inter Miami FC.
