Latest darts odds with Gerwyn Price favourite to retain PDC World Darts Championship

Gerwyn Price has been priced as the favourite ahead of the PDC World Darts Championship as the Welshman looks to become back-to-back world champion.

The 36-year-old former rugby player, who is 2/1 favourite with Grosvenor Sport has already set up a quarter-final tie with ninth seed Michael Smith.

Smith's odds have shortened dramatically too after picking up wins against Jonny Clayton, William O'Connor and Ron Meulenkamp

Last year's finalist Gary Anderson - who has won this tournament twice - is now 12/1 from 40/1 while three-time world champion Michael van Gerwen is now out of the tournament after testing positive for COVID-19.

Players Championship winner Peter Wright is 9/2 from 13/2 too.

Here are the latest odds from Grosvenor Sport:

  • Gerwyn Price 2/1
  • Michael Smith 4/1
  • Peter Wright 9/2
  • Rob Cross 8/1
  • Gary Anderson 12/1
  • Callan Rydz 12/1
  • Ryan Searle 18/1
  • James Wade 18/1
  • Luke Humphries 20/1
  • Chris Dobey 22/1
  • Mervyn King 25/1
