Latest coronavirus rates for all neighbourhoods across Nottinghamshire

The latest coronavirus data available at a postcode level shows a drop in cases and rates within neighbourhoods across the city and county.

The figures are for the week ending February 2, and come just over a month after a national lockdown was brought in.

In Nottingham city, two neighbourhoods in Bulwell have the highest rolling rates.

Bulwell West recorded 21 new cases in seven days, with a rate of 762.2 per 100,000 while Bulwell North was slightly lower at 717.5.

These are also the worst rates within all of Nottinghamshire.

The third worst affected area is Highbury Vale with a rolling rate of 595.6 and 16 new cases.

However, the majority of areas in the city boundary have rates below 400 and more than half of the neighbourhoods have recorded a decrease in rates.

The Park and Castle as well as Wollaton Vale have the lowest rates recorded at 106.7 and 110.1 respectively.

Both areas currently have nine active Covid-19 cases.

In the wider county, neighbourhoods in Bassetlaw, Ashfield and Mansfield recorded the highest rates.

Worksop Kilton in Bassetlaw has 19 new cases and a rolling rate of 561.6 per 100,000.

In Ashfield, Stanton Hill and Skegby has a rate of 554.1 and in Mansfield, Newgate and Carr Bank recorded a rate of 528.6.

Across the wider county, 61 out of 100 neighbourhoods in total showed a deduction in cases, with some areas showing no change at all.

Bassetlaw also has the neighbourhood with the lowest rate in the wider county, in Retford North where the rate is 47.1.
