A total 626 people have now contracted coronavirus in Bristol after a rise of eight from yesterday.
Figures released by Public Health England show all of the positive tests results in our city.
However, it's likely the real figure will be much higher, probably in the thousands, because the government was only testing the most severe patients.
The data come as the UK's Covid-19 death toll reached 28,446 - the third highest in the world.
Across Bristol hospitals, 160 deaths have been recorded, with 85 at Southmead Hospital and 75 at the University Hospitals Bristol, which runs Bristol Royal Infirmary.
As of 5.30pm today (May 3), PHE's figures show South Gloucestershire now has 352 confirmed cases following a rise of three.
A further eight people have contracted the deadly virus in North Somerset, bringing the district's total to 254.
The numbers come as a new map has been released by the the Office for National Statistics. It allows people to see how many Covid-19 deaths occurred in their neighbourbood.
