Latest Chelsea transfer rumours: Rival interest in Christensen, chasing Torino defender

With the January transfer window rapidly approaching, Chelsea could look to sign a few players to help with their Premier League title push.

Thomas Tuchel has the challenge of balancing four first-team defenders who are out-of-contract with a number of injuries running through the squad.

With that said, football.london takes a look at the latest Chelsea transfer rumours.

Blues interested in Torino defender

Chelsea have shown interest in Torino defender Gleison Bremer, reports The Sun.

Tottenham, Liverpool and West Ham have all also been linked with the Brazilian defender, who joined the Serie A club for £5.2million from Atletico Mineiro in 2018.

He has since become a key first-team player for the team, attracting interest from Tuchel and potentially solving the issue with the defence going forward.

Christian Pulisic would “welcome” Chelsea exit

According to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic would “welcome an exit” from Stamford Bridge amid interest from Barcelona.

The Catalan club are looking to bring in players to bolster their striking power after the loss of Lionel Messi to PSG and Sergio Aguero due to health concerns.

Pulisic, 23, is one of a number of players linked with Barcelona on loan, with the USMNT international struggling to break into the first-team ahead of a few other players.

Premier League interest in Andreas Christensen

A number of clubs are interested in Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen, who is out-of-contract with the Blues in the summer.

Barcelona have recently been linked, and now the Daily Star say Manchester United, Manchester City and London rivals Tottenham are all interested in the Dane.

Time will tell if the 25-year-old will continue at Stamford Bridge, however he can sign a pre-contract agreement with clubs abroad in January and will be free to leave in the summer.
