Latest Chelsea transfer rumours: Lampard rejects Everton offer, Dybala confronts Juventus chief

Here are you latest Chelsea transfer rumours.

Dybala bust-up

Rumoured Chelsea target Paulo Dybala looks like he could be on the move.

Dybala was left out of the Juventus starting lineup on the weekend and a confrontation followed between he and club chief Fabio Paratici.

There were already reports the Argentine could be on his way in the summer and it's though the issue will only increase his chances of departing.

Chelsea could position themselves for a cut-price move for Dybala, but given their recent spending, they may need some departures if indeed their interest becomes concrete.

Lampard blocked Everton enquiry

Frank Lampard is said to have rejected an enquiry from Everton during the transfer window for defender Kurt Zouma.

According to The Athletic, the Toffees attempted to sign Zouma during the summer transfer window but they were shot down by Lampard.

The Chelsea boss was determined to keep Zouma and made sure no progress was made on the deal.

Everton also tried to sign Antonio Rudiger during the window but were put off by Chelsea's demands, according to the report.

Karanka discusses loan move

Birmingham City boss Aitor Karanka has opened up on the deal which saw Chelsea defender Jake Clarke-Salter join the Midlands club on loan.

“I am really pleased because he is going to give us a lot of options," he said. "He can play as a good central defender and I think it is another thing we are missing, to build from the back with the ball on the grass.

“We always had him on the radar because he was here, he is a good player and he has a very good future in front of him. It is true we needed to send players out – the players didn’t leave but the club made an effort to bring him here.”

The loan is Clarke-Salter's second with Birmingham and his fifth loan move overall.
