Chelsea brought the curtain down on their 2019/20 campaign with a disappointing defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
The Blues have already moved to land Hakim Ziyech from Ajax and Timo Werner from RB Leipzig, while they continue to push to snatch Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen.
A number of other deals are on the cards though as Frank Lampard looks to rejuvenate his side and plenty of names have been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
With that mind, here, we have gathered some of the latest rumours surrounding Chelsea.
Havertz makes transfer decision
Kai Havertz has agreed a five-year deal with Chelsea as the Bayer Leverkusen midfielder prepares to make the switch to Stamford Bridge.
That's according to RMC Sport, who state that Havertz is edging closer to moving to the Premier League.
Frank Lampard has been keen to add the 21-year-old midfielder to the signings of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner during the summer window so far.
Chelsea planning £200m splurge
Chelsea are set to continue their spending after the captures of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner.
Kai Havertz is the next on the list for Frank Lampard's men as the Chelsea boss plans to overhaul the squad.
Mirror Football report that Chelsea are willing to push through the £200 million barrier in total this summer in a bid to be more competitive next season in the race for the Premier League title.
Chelsea's main targets are now the aforementioned Havertz, Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell and West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice.
Milan eye Bakayoko
AC Milan technical director Paolo Maldini is trying to bring midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko back to the club.
According to a report from Tuttosport (via MilanLive), Bakayoko is dreaming of a return to the Rossoneri, while the club have also decided that they want to bring him back.
The report goes on to add that Maldini is working on the basis of a paid loan with obligation to buy.
