Latest Chelsea transfer rumours: Goalkeeper signs contract, Ginter interest, Dybala decision

This season has already brought Chelsea plenty of great moments, and with the new signings seemingly settling in at Stamford Bridge, supporters could be in for a great campaign.

Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner have starred in the Blues ' last two wins, in all competitions, both scoring in the victories over Krasnodar and Burnley in the past week.

Frank Lampard is reportedly looking to bolster his squad even more in January, despite a busy summer transfer window.

With that being said, here are the latest Chelsea-related transfer stories.

Abramovich turns down Dybala

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich will not be pursuing Juventus attacker Paulo Dybala, according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.

Dybala is currently in talks with Juve over a new and improved deal in Turin, but negotiations are seemingly difficult, which means the Argentina forward has been linked with a move to the Blues.

However, according to the report, Abramovich does not want to sign the 26-year-old as he wants to "protect the investments" he made on new signings Ziyech and Kai Havertz.

The Russian billionaire wants to "save his new stars", as translated by Sport Witness, and has "no intention of obscuring" the Moroccan or German attackers.

Prospect signs new Blues deal

According to All Nigeria Soccer, Prince Adegoke has agreed a new contract with Chelsea, just a few months after signing a scholarship with the club.

The Nigerian teenage goalkeeper, who turned 17 on Tuesday, has now seen a clause in his contract activated.

The official announcement was scheduled to take place on Tuesday, but with the Blues in Champions League action on Wednesday, it has been moved to Thursday instead.

Adegoke will put pen-to-paer on a two-year, and eight months, deal, with an option to increase the contract in July 2021, based on his performances for the club.

Blues to move for Ginter

Chelsea are interested in signing Borussia Monchengladbach defender Matthias Ginter, according to German outlet Kicker, as per The Sport Review.

Ginter is now a target for the Blues, the report from his homeland Germany claims, and manager Lampard is ready to launch a bid to sign the 26-year-old in the upcoming January transfer window.

It also states that Lampard's side may have to get rid of fellow German centre-back Antonio Rudiger before they can bid for the Monchengladbach defender.

Ginter has featured in all six of his side's Bundesliga games so far this season - scoring the one goal along the way.
