Latest Chelsea transfer rumours: Blues want Lille ace, Kante price set, two more signings wanted

Chelsea's busy summer continued on Friday morning as they announced the signing of Thiago Silva on a free transfer.

Yet with Frank Lampard continuing to overhaul his squad, the Blues are still the source of plenty of rumours.

Here is the latest Chelsea transfer gossip.

Maignan looked at

Sky Sports claim Chelsea are interested in signing Mike Maignan from Lille.

Oliver Harbord reacts to Malang Sarr to Chelsea deal

The 25-year-old was an ever-present for the Ligue 1 club last season and would cost around £27million.

Chelsea are yet to make an official bid for the keeper but he is seen as being a credible candidate to challenge Kepa Arrizabalaga for the number one spot at Stamford Bridge.

Kante asking price revealed

Football Insider claim that Chelsea have placed a £60million price tag on N'Golo Kante this summer.

The Blues are said to be willing to let the 29-year-old midfielder leave in order to fund a move for Declan Rice.

Real Madrid and Inter Milan have both made approaches for the dynamic Frenchman but both clubs' interest is at an early stage.

It also remains to be seen whether either side can afford that asking price.

Blues hopeful of two more signings

After signing Thiago Silva, Ben Chilwell and Malang Sarr this week, Chelsea are still hopeful of landing two more players this summer.

That is according to the Evening Standard, who claim that Kai Havertz is expected to seal a move to Stamford Bridge in the near future.

Lampard is also eager to sign a new goalkeeper, with Andre Onana at Ajax touted as a possible option.
