Chelsea have work to do in the final months of the season and Sunday's clash with Everton is certain to be decisive in the hunt to secure Champions League football.
The Blues' lack of consistency this term has been an issue but a confidence boosting FA Cup victory over Premier League champions elect Liverpool has come at an ideal time.
Whatever the scenario at the end of the season, Chelsea certainly have work to do in the transfer market as they look to build upon the agreement to sign Hakim Ziyech.
As a result, plenty of speculation continues to float around Stamford Bridge and we have gathered some of the latest snippets for you below.
Gilmour interest rises
Real Madrid and Barcelona are ready to battle it out in the transfer market this summer for the services of Chelsea starlet Billy Gilmour, according to El Desmarque.
The 18-year-old put in a Man of the Match performance in the 2-0 victory over Liverpool but that display has alerted some of the continent's biggest sides.
As well as he two La Liga giants, Manchester City are also said to be keen on securing the services of the former Rangers youngster, although it will be difficult to prize him away from West London.
The teenager penned a new four-year deal at Stamford Bridge back in September and is rated extremely highly by Frank Lampard, who has not been afraid to hand opportunities to the young players within his squad.
Willian contract snub
The likelihood of Willian leaving Chelsea at the end of the season seems to have increased as the Brazilian is said to have snubbed a two-year offer from the Blues, UOL Esporte states.
The 32-year-old has entered the final months of his deal at Stamford Bridge and is able to discuss a pre-contract with clubs outside of the Premier League.
However, while Chelsea are keen for him to stay and broke their usual procedure of only offering one-year extensions to players over the age of 30, their two-year offer has been rebuffed.
Willian is said to be seeking a three-year contract if he is to remain at London, which is said to be on offer at Tottenham if he reunites with Jose Mourinho.
Leicester rival Blues for Telles
Leicester City are set to rival Chelsea in the transfer market for the services of Porto full-back Alex Telles, according to reports cited by Leicestershire Live.
The Blues are pushing for a new left-back this summer and hold vast interest in Leicester defender Ben Chilwell, although a deal would be an expensive one.
Telles has been mentioned as a possible alternative but Leicester are also keen on his services, as they consider replacements for Chilwell if he does depart.
That could actually work in Chelsea's favour, as a deal taking Telles to the King Power Stadium would open the door for Chilwell to move to Stamford Bridge.
