Latest Chelsea transfer rumours: Antonio Rudiger turns down move, Victor Moses exit

There is not too much longer for Chelsea to complete their transfer business.

The transfer window closes at 11 pm tonight (Monday), with only a few hours remaining to complete international deals.

It has been a busy window for the Blues, with them bringing in seven new players. The arrivals of Edouard Mendy, Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Thiago Silva, Ben Chilwell, Malang Sarr, and Kai Havertz has taken the spend to over £200 million.

Rudiger turns down move

Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has turned down the chance to join West Ham, according to the Guardian .

The Blues defender looks set to seal a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer, with Hammer boss David Moyes desperate to bolster his backline.

However, it seems that he won’t be making a move to the London Stadium, with the German turning down West Ham’s advances.

Fulham eye Loftus-Cheek

Premier League side Fulham have identified Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek as a potential deadline day target, according to the Evening Standard .

It is reported that Scott Parker is keen to take the England international on a season-long loan deal.

Although it is reported that a deal would cost in the region of £8 million, including wages.

Moses close to exit

According to reports in Italy, Victor Moses is close to a move to Inter Milan on loan.

Moses is being tipped to link back up with Antonio Conte in what would be his sixth loan spell having spent time on loan with Inter last term.

He has found himself down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge and could head out on loan again in search for game time.
