The January transfer windows has been open for 17 days yet Chelsea fans are still waiting on the first new signing of the Frank Lampard era.

Excluding Mateo Kovacic, whose loan deal was made permanent, Lampard is yet to spend a penny since walking through the door in the summer.

The club are working hard in the background to secure their targets, however, whilst the transfer rumours mill is in full swing.

With a couple of potential incomings still touted this month, we round-up the day's latest Chelsea transfer rumours.

Frank Lampard on creating a gap between Man United and Chelsea

Moses demands outlined

Inter Milan are targeting Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses if a deal for Leonardo Spinazzola falls through.

The Nigerian international is currently on loan at Fenerbahce after finding himself outside of Frank Lampard's plans.

According to  Sky Italia , Antonio Conte wants to sign Moses if a swap deal involving Spinazzola and Matteo Politano falls through with AS Roma.

The reports state that Chelsea would want €10m for a permanent Moses deal, however, the Serie A side’s intention is to take him on loan.

Olivier Giroud latest

Chelsea and Inter Milan are still yet to agree a fee for Olivier Giroud.

The Frenchman has agreed personal terms with the Serie A side after struggling for game time under Lampard.

However, the two clubs are yet to agree a fee,  Gazzetta dello Sport  reports, with Inter keen not to spend more than €5m, whilst Chelsea are asking for €10m.

Giroud is out of contract in the summer and can leave Stamford Bridge for free.

Chelsea face battle for Olmo

Chelsea will face competition from AC Milan if they want to sign Dani Olmo from Dinamo Zagreb.

The talented 21-year-old has acquired attention from across Europe after impressing for the Croatian side.

However, Italian publication  CalcioMercato  claim that Milan have already submitted an offer for the ex-Barcelona academy star.

Olmo left the Catalan giants to join Dinamo Zagreb on a free transfer in 2014 and since then he has gone on to score 34 goals and provide 28 assists in 124 appearances for the club.
