The report claims that the Gunners have agreed a £430,000 fee for the teenager, who have agreed a four-year-deal with Arsenal.
It is expected that the 18-year-old will go straight into the academy at the Emirates Stadium.
William Saliba targeted
Fulham have made a move for Arsenal defender William Saliba on loan ahead of the Arsenal deadline, according to reports.
The Evening Standard claims that the Cottagers are keen to agree a loan deal for the defender, who spent last season on loan at former club Saint-Etienne.
