Latest Arsenal transfer rumours: PSG name Kurzawa price, Gunners move for Wolves ace

Arsenal's spirits have been lifted after a dramatic 2-2 draw with Chelsea on Tuesday evening, where Mikel Arteta's side fought back from behind twice to snatch a point.

While the result highlighted the improved confidence and determination since Arteta took the reigns, and the Gunners remain undefeated in 2020, the fact of the matter remains that Arsenal have won just one Premier League match under the Spaniard.

That has highlighted the need for additions in the January transfer window and, while a busy month was not expected in North London, plenty of rumours have criculated.

This continues to be the case heading into the final nine days of the mid-season window and we have gathered some of the latest snippets below.

Arsenal fans singing at full time after Chelsea draw

PSG name Kurzawa price

Paris Saint-Germain have told Arsenal they must pay a fee of £4.2m if they want to sign Layvin Kurzawa this month,  The Telegraph states.

The France international is out of contract at the end of the season, where he will be available for a free transfer, but Mikel Arteta may look to bring him in this month.

However, PSG want at least £4.2m to secure his services but that price could rise to as high as £8.5m.

Raul Jimenez targeted

Arsenal have identified Wolves striker Raul Jimenez as a potential replacement for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang,  according to AS.

Barcelona are eyeing an audacious loan bid for the Arsenal skipper this month and, while that is unlikely to be sanctioned, he has less than 18 months remaining on his deal.

As a result, Arsenal are exploring options in case they lose the Gabon international and the report suggests Jimenez has caught their eye.

The Mexican has scored 10 goals this season, having hit 13 last term to become Wolves’ all-time top Premier League scorer.

Kessie and Calhanoglu update

AC Milan are prepared to listen to offers for both Franck Kessie and Hakan Calhanoglu in the January transfer window, according to reports cited by Sempre Milan.

Both players have been regular starters since Stefano Pioli took charge at the San Siro but, despite this, the Serie A side are open to offers in the final nine days of the transfer window.

Arsenal have been linked with both this month and the reports state Kessie could be available for a price of €20m, while Calhanoglu's asking price is slightly higher at €25m.
