Arsenal begin their Premier League season today with a game against Fulham.
Hopes are high that the Gunners can have a good season following a promising end to last year under Mikel Arteta.
Yet, with the transfer window open, there is still plenty of speculation that the Gunners' squad may look different in a month's time.
Here are the latest Arsenal transfer rumours.
Aouar blow
ESPN report that Houssem Aouar is Arsenal's number on target but the Gunners are unable to pay Lyon's £55.5m asking price.
The Gunners look set to shift out the likes of Emi Martinez, Matteo Guendouzi and possibly Alexandre Lacazette to fund a move for the attacking midfielder.
Aouar is said to have made it clear that he wants a move to Arsenal and sporting director Edu's strong relationship with his opposite number at Lyon, Juninho Pernambucano, could well smooth negotiations.
Lacazette replacement
The Transfer Window podcast claim that Arsenal have increased their offer for Celtic star Odsonne Edouard.
Arsenal are already said to have had a £15m bid rejected for the striker but have upped their offer to £20m staged over four years.
Celtic would like more of the money up front and Arsenal are yet to officially submit the bid.
Edouard is viewed as a potential replacement to Lacazette.
Milan make Soumare offer
Duncan Castles claims that AC MIlan have made a move for Bobakary Soumare.
The midfielder has been linked with a move to Arsenal but AC Miln have submitted a €25m offer for the Lille star.
Lille's good relationship with the Rossoneri could well come in handy in sealing a deal.
