With the club season well and truly over, Arsenal are now looking ahead to next campaign.
While the Gunners delivered initial improvement under Unai Emery, including a 22-game unbeaten run, recording more points and reaching a European final, the north Londoners again missed out on their ultimate goal of Champions League qualification.
Arsenal have already confirmed the departures of Danny Welbeck, Petr Cech, Aaron Ramsey and Stephan Lichtsteiner; and the squad is set for an overhaul this summer, so who will arrive at the Emirates to replace them? Here's a look at the latest Arsenal transfer rumours:
Alexis Claude-Maurice
Lorient attacker Alexis Claude-Maurice wants to move to Arsenal, but the Premier League side face serious competition for his signature.
According to Sky Sports , there are 10 clubs chasing the 21-year-old. Borussia Monchengladbach, RB Leipzig, Lyon, Lille, Monaco, Marseille, Sevilla, Brighton, Newcastle and West Ham all want the France Under-20 international.
The Gunners have reportedly agreed terms with Claude-Maurice on a move, and will be submitting a third bid for the talented youngster, after their first two offers were rejected.
Thomas Meunier
PSG defender Thomas Meunier reportedly has a contract offer ahead of a potential move this summer.
Manchester United and Arsenal have both been linked with the right-back, with the 27-year-old known to be a fan of the Old Trafford club.
However, according to RMC correspondent Sacha Tavolieri , the offer is likely to be from Arsenal - though a move would be difficult given PSG are asking for €30m including bonuses.
"He has been linked with Manchester United because everyone knows that it is his dream, there have been contacts.
"For the moment he has a contract offer and I think it is more likely to be from Arsenal.
"Today there is a real connection between Unai Emery and Thomas Meunier. He has made his interest known to the player.
"The problem is that it could take longer than anticipated because Arsenal’s current transfer window is not prioritising a right-back.
"The priority is a left-sided central defender and a left-back. And then there is a budget of between €30m and €35m, which is largely insufficient to get Meunier because PSG are demanding €30m including bonuses."
Yannick Carrasco & Ryan Fraser
Arsenal have reportedly missed out on signing both Yannick Carrasco or Ryan Fraser due to their tight transfer budget this summer.
The Gunners have been keen on the Belgian international and the Bournemouth star, but have now been ruled out of the running to sign either winger due to both the Premier League side and Dalian Yifang wanting around £30m for their star attackers.
Fraser has just one year remaining on his current contract, so could leave on a free transfer next summer. However, Carrasco is expected to join another top European club this summer, according to the Sun .
Lucas Torreira
Milan are reportedly planning to offer Arsenal a swap deal involving Franck Kessie and Lucas Torreira.
Corriere dello Sport report that Arsenal value Torreira at €50m - so Milan will be prepared to include Kessie in a deal to lower the value of a deal.
Kessie is apparently valued by Milan at over €30m - so they would prefer for a straight swap deal, but Arsenal would require cash on top to boost their summer transfer window.
Milan are apparently confident that a cash-plus-player deal would suit all parties, despite no negotiations yet taking place.
But Arsenal will not be selling Lucas Torreira to AC Milan (or anyone else) this summer.
