Latest Arsenal transfer rumours: €150m price tag slapped on target, Ramsey replacement and more

With just a few weeks until the end of the season the transfer rumour mill is starting to get going and Arsenal are being linked with a number of different players.

Thanks to Aaron Ramsey's departure for Juventus this summer at least one incoming could be expected, but the Gunners are being linked with players in a variety of positions.

Arsenal still haven't brought in a replacement for Sven Mislintat to oversee their transfer activity but Unai Emery will still be hoping for new recruits to bolster his squad for next season.

Here are the latest updates and rumours for the players the Gunners have been linked with in the press in the last 24 hours.

Kalidou Koulibaly

The Napoli defender has been linked on and off with a move to Arsenal for a while now and after the Europa League tie between the two sides he spoke about where his future might lie.

According to the Manchester Evening News he was asked by reporters after the game whether he was still satisfied at playing in Serie A.

He said: "I grew up in this league. It's the league that made me the player I am today. To me what matters most is to finish the season well, then we'll see.

"I am sorry because we wanted to go through."

Koulibaliy isn't the only person who has been talking about his future though, with manager Carlo Ancelotti slapping a mammoth hypothetical transfer fee on him.

Arsenal handed massive injury boost with Aaron Ramsey set to play again before Juventus exit

He said: "Koulibaly is the best centre-back in the world, and he has more room for improvement.

"He is worth €150m and he is non-transferable. Napoli do not need to sell, the president does not want to sell and the question does not arise."

Benito Raman

Arsenal and Everton are reportedly set to do battle over Fortuna Dusseldorf forward Benito Raman.

The 24-year-old Belgian forward has scored over a quarter of Dusseldorf's goals this season, picking up ten goals of their 39.

According to Bild (via The Sun), Arsenal and Everton are expected to look at a move for the £13 million man.

The pressure is finally on Hector Bellerin and that is exactly what Arsenal have always needed

Dusseldorf only signed him for £1 million from Standard Liege last summer and could apparently look to cash in on him this summer.

Raman can play across the forward line and has done in his time in the Bundesliga, adding four assists to the ten goals he has scored.

Kerem Demirbay

According to Bild, Arsenal have identified a replacement for Aaron Ramsey when he leaves for Juventus in the summer.

The German newspaper claim that they are looking at Hoffenheim's Kerem Derimbay as the answer to the attempts to fill the hole that the Welshman will leave.

Derimbay, 25, has been at Hoffenheim since moving from Hamburg in the summer of 2016 and would apparently be available for £22 million, which is his current release clause.

The paper also claim that his likely salary demands would be easy for the Gunners to meet, something that could be vital for Arsenal's transfer plans.

The central midfielder has four goals and six assists this season for the Bundesliga club where Reiss Nelson has also been plying his trade this season.
