Veteran referee Russell Mora will now take charge of the trilogy between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder.
Fury will return to the ring this weekend for the first time since his historic dethroning of Wilder last year.
And the contest has been on hold since the date was rescheduled from July after a coronavirus outbreak in Fury's camp.
But now we will finally see the heavyweight spectacle, but late changes have been made to the ruling staff.
New referee Mora will enforce the rules for the NSAC in Las Vegas this weekend according to Boxing Scene, after they replaced previously sanctioned official Mike Ortega.
And there has also been a judge alteration for the clash, with New Jersey’s Steve Weisfeld now set to join the official team ringside for the unified title showdown.
Patricia Morse Jarman, originally was chosen to judge the heavyweight attraction but she has now been replaced.
The referee could certainly be called into action, with both fighters promising an explosive stoppage in Las Vegas.
And previous official Kenny Bayless was on the brink of ending the second instalment, before Wilder's corner threw the towel in.
The 33-year-old champion Fury believes that Wilder is still "unstable" having not accepted his previous defeat last February.

“Do you know what it is with Wilder? He’s very unstable at the moment,” Fury told Boxing Scene. “And he has to figure out reasons why he lost the second fight.
"You know, he has to tell himself all this b******* and whatever else he says. But I don’t pay any heed to it. I just feel sorry for him because, you know, it must be hard to be undefeated for 10 years and knock out all of your opponents, and then fight me and lose and get knocked out in probably the most one-sided champion versus champion fight in history.
“I’ve never, ever seen a more one-sided beatdown of an undefeated world heavyweight champion than I did to Deontay Wilder in that second fight. So, I’m not sure how I would react if I got absolutely smashed to bits, like he did.
"But I guarantee it wouldn’t be like this, like a child. He’s like a kindergarten school child, making excuses why he didn’t get tagged. You didn’t tag me! And that’s what Deontay Wilder is, he’s an excuse-maker.”
Fury has found himself disappointed, after domestic rival Anthony Joshua was outclassed in a chess match by Oleksandr Usyk in London.
And he will n ow be set to lose out on a £100 million payday, with the undisputed clash now shelved for the time being.
Although the 'Gypsy King' has remarkably jumped to the defence of AJ's team who he believes gave "excellent" advice in his corner during the fight.
"I think if he doesn't beat Usyk in his rematch, it's finished, retire, you're done," Fury told Boxing Social.
"But I think it's pretty harsh to say that the corner didn't give him the right advice because we don't know him as a man, we don't know what he's like in the gym."
