The former presenter of Love Island took her life on February 15, just hours after a Valentine’s Day party she was having with friends.
The 40-year-old was due back in court in three weeks' time, on trial for the alleged assault of her boyfriend.
Her best friend, TV producer Mollie Grosberg, shared the picture she took of the Strictly Comes Dancing Star, the Mirror reveals.
We can see her in a red nightgown, with an up-bun, apparently trying to fix a TV, after losing its signal.
The shot features her surrounded by her friends, beautiful with her red lipstick and frilly outfit.
Caroline had bundled her golden locks into a messy bun on the top of her head.
The single frame gave an insight into how Caroline spent her last few hours in the company of her closest friends, who stayed in with her on Friday as she wasn't allowed contact with her boyfriend Lewis Burton under the terms of her bail.
Mollie captioned the photograph of Caroline: "Our funny valentine bought us cookies and oat milk this year."
Mollie was one of the last people to see the troubled star alive and revealed Caroline took her own life while she popped out to the shops on Saturday.
She revealed how she was unable to enter the flat of the TV presenter soon after, so called Caroline’s dad Ian Flack.

The emergency services tried to save her life, but it was too late.
Mollie wrote yesterday: "I can’t even find the right words to say here and I’m sure it sounds rambly but she deserves a million tributes and more.
"Everyone remember her in the best way. Carrie always had a smile on her face, a naughty laugh and her heart open wide. When she let you in, you were the luckiest and she taught me to love everyone and forgive everyone. She forgave so easily and loved so hard and I’ll never ever ever stop loving her."
Mollie admitted the tragedy didn't feel real as she continued: "Today feels like it’s not real and I wish it wasn’t. This girl was a force and always said the right thing, always made me feel safe and looked after even during her own s**t.
"This is the worst pain I’ve ever felt and we all feel it. This massive and painful and heartbreaking loss for all her friends and her incredible family."
Suggesting Caroline's final moments, she finished by writing: "I hope we find peace with each other the way she has found it now. She brought us all together. I love you forever and always my baby girl.
"I kissed your head yesterday and it was the last time and it was the most precious feeling. I love you forever and ever and ever."
In memory of their friendship, today Mollie shared several pictures of Caroline from her final days and their happiest moments together.
Caroline's death comes just weeks before she was due to stand trial on March 4.
Her world came crashing down when she was charged with assault by beating following an alleged early-morning row with her beau Lewis Burton at her home.
The television star pleaded not guilty to the charges and she stepped down from hosting the first-ever Winter Love Island series.
Her boyfriend pleaded her case and begged the authorities to drop the charges.
