Sherif Lanre made his last appearance on Love Island tonight after it was revealed that he had been kicked out for breaking the rules.
Earlier today it was announced that Sherif was leaving the villa after a conversation with producers.
Narrator Iain Stirling confirmed the news of Sherif's exit tonight but the show was edited to not include his fellow Islanders' reactions.
Bosses have not yet confirmed which rule Sherif has flouted, but speculation is rife on Twitter as to what he has done.
In a statement, Sherif told the Mirror: "In a case of poor judgement, I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa.
"I regret that I didn’t conduct myself in the right way and, as a 20 year old guy, it’s something I know I will take on board and learn from. I really enjoyed my time in the villa and look forward to catching up with everyone on the outside.”
A Love Island spokesperson added: "After breaking the villa rules Sherif had conversations with the producers and it was mutually agreed that he would leave the Love Island villa."
Just hours before he was kicked out, Sherif looked more loved-up than ever with Anna Vakili as the pair cuddled up in bed together.
