Christmas is only nine days away and there's not long left to buy online at stores including Aldi, M&S, Next, Smyths and more if you want delivery in time for the big day.
With lockdown restrictions in place across the country, shopping in person is somewhat trickier than usual - not to mention busy.
Instead, many people are choosing to shop online, meaning demand has risen and delivery dates may be affected.
Some retailers have even chosen to close their online order dates early to ensure that shoppers don’t miss out on their Christmas deliveries.
We’ve taken a look at some of the most popular retailers around to see when the last order dates are.
Here’s what they said:
Aldi
In an email to shoppers this week, Aldi confirmed that customers should order Special Buys by 7pm on December 21 if they want them in time for Christmas. This requires shoppers to pay for next day delivery.
M&S
Marks and Spencer has detailed its delivery information online, which states the following final order dates are:
Clothing, home and beauty - order by 8pm on December 18
Flowers - order by 12pm on December 23
Wine - order by 10pm on December 18
Please note that these dates are for standard delivery only.
George at Asda
According to the George website, the final date to order online is Thursday, December 17 by 7pm. This is for standard delivery only.
For named day delivery, you can order up until 11.59pm on December 21 and for next day delivery you should order before 7pm on December 22.
Next
For delivery to your home before Christmas, Next advises shoppers to place orders by Tuesday, December 22.
For delivery to your local Next store, orders must be placed on or before December 23.
Asos
For standard delivery, orders should be placed by December 20.
For next day delivery, orders can be placed up until December 23.
Topshop
For orders to arrive in time for Christmas, Topshop says to order by December 21.
John Lewis
For standard delivery, order by 7pm on December 18.
For next day delivery, order by 8pm on December 22.
For click and collect at your local store, order by 4pm on December 22.
Smyths Toys
For delivery before Christmas, Smyths says shoppers should order by 11.59pm on December 20.
The date for larger, bulky items passed on 5pm on Wednesday, December 16.
The Entertainer
For standard delivery, order by 11.59pm on December 19.
For express delivery, order by 3pm on December 22. Click and collect is available until midday on December 24 if the products are available in store.
The Perfume Shop
For standard delivery, order before December 19. For next day delivery order before 9pm on December 21.
Office
For next day delivery, order by 8.30pm on December 22. This costs £5.
For same day delivery shoppers should order by 1pm on December 23, this is priced at £7.95.
For standard delivery, order by 8.30pm on December 17. This costs £3.50.
