Last chance to enter raffle to win a Dublin apartment worth €360,000

There are just five days left to enter a raffle to be in with a chance of winning a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Dublin apartment.

The property is located in Lucan and is worth a whopping €360,000.

It is 1,500 sq feet and will come fully furnished to the lucky winner.

Tickets cost €17.50 and are available to buy on raffall.com.

Dubliner Keith Mooney has lived in the apartment for the past 13 years and organised the raffle.

He has a goal of 40,000 tickets being sold in order to give the apartment away as the top prize.

If this goal is not reached, then 75% of the cash raised will be raffled to ticket holders, with 25% going to raffall.com to cover their costs.

Right now, the cash prize would be €235,000.

Keith told Dublin Live: "At the moment, someone is 100% guaranteed to win, at a minimum, €235,000 in cash.

"What's going to happen on February 15, at 9am, is that someone will have their life changed forever in a positive way. So they'll either win a home or enough money to buy themselves a home.

"If you haven't got a ticket, it won't be you. If you have got a ticket, it could be you."

There is also a charity aspect to this raffle.

Keith explained that if 40,000 tickets are sold they will make a €100,000 donation to charity. Pieta House will get 50% of this money, and the other 50% will be divided among Turn the Tide of Suicide, Alone Ireland, AsIAm, Aware, Carmha Ireland, Shannon's Hopeline CLG and Sosad Ireland.

If the 40,000 ticket sales goal isn't reached, Keith said he will make a personal donation of €5,000 to Pieta House.

He described organising the raffle over the last couple of months as "amazing" and said the reaction has been "really positive".

Keith said: "It's amazing still the amount of positive comments we are getting. People saying they can't wait to win the home and move in, it's amazing how many people are invested in this and are so excited to find out have they won or have they not.

"A lot of people have been following my story for three months at this stage and are just excited to see the outcome.

"I'll be sad when it's over but I'll be happy as well. There's been so many heartfelt, touching moments when people have reached out and told me a touching story.

"I've buried my soul into Facebook and social media which isn't usually my thing."
