With premium streaming subscriptions continuing to climb in price, finding a bargain has become increasingly rare. That's what makes Peacock's current promotion so compelling – new subscribers can secure a full year of Peacock Premium for just $24.99, representing a substantial 69 per cent discount off the usual $79.99 annual price.
The deal, which ends today (Friday May 30th), can be activated by adding the promo code SPRINGSAVINGS at checkout, bringing the cost down to just $2 per month. This undercuts virtually every major streaming competitor, making it cheaper than annual plans for Netflix, Max, or even Hulu at full price.
NBCUniversal's streaming platform has evolved considerably since launching in 2020, building a content library that extends beyond its NBC roots. The service offers a mix of exclusive originals, including the critically acclaimed mystery series Poker Face starring Natasha Lyonne, and reality hits like The Traitors – both shows that have earned loyal followings.
The platform also serves as the home for all five seasons of Yellowstone, plus classic NBC favourites like The Office and Parks and Recreation.

Beyond entertainment, Peacock Premium delivers considerable sports coverage, too, serving as the US home for Premier League soccer, along with NASCAR, golf, WWE, and select Olympic coverage. WNBA coverage also begins with the 2025–26 season, adding to the platform's growing sports roster.
With many streaming services regularly increasing their subscription prices (we’re looking at you, Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV+), at $24.99 for twelve months, Peacock Premium's current offer represents genuine value if its content appeals to you.
It’s worth noting, however, that despite being a ‘Premium’ tier, it is still ad-supported. To banish ads entirely (barring limited exclusions), you’ll need to sign up for the Premium Plus tier, which isn't currently on offer.
As for supported devices, Peacock Premium plays nice with everything from smartphones and tablets to smart TVs and consoles. The service also offers next-day access to current NBC programming, including Saturday Night Live and Chicago Med.
If you do decide to sign up, note that the service will revert to standard pricing at $79.99 annually after the promotional year expires.
