Larry Ogunjobi featured in Men’s Health for his incredible body transformation

Larry Ogunjobi has gone from self-described fat kid to the starting defensive tackle for the Cleveland Browns. His incredible body transformation and journey earned Ogunjobi a feature in the latest issue of Men’s Health magazine.

Ogunjobi weighed 350 pounds as a high school freshman, too big to bend over and tie his shoes. He didn’t play football then, either. The article details how his parents hired a weight-loss coach to get him into better health, and how that introduced football into his life.

Now Ogunjobi eschews snacks and has his food prepackaged and shipped to him from California. He’s at a svelte 300 pounds with just 12 percent body fat, a pretty impressive transformation. His strength and stamina have helped him thrive in his first two seasons with the Browns.
