Update: PJ Huffstutter of the LA Times reports that the judge in the hearing will announce his decision sometime before the end of next week.
Huffstutter also reports: "Two demonstrators arrived in the parking lot in front of the courthouse with white toilets. One sign said, 'Next time, pee don't plea.' Another said: 'Guilty? Where's the evidence?' as they sat on the commodes."
