A Larkhall man was carrying a knuckleduster during a disturbance near his home.
Thomas McEwan, 34, of Westerton Avenue, was placed under supervision for 12 months at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week.
He was also electronically tagged for three months, meaning he can’t leave the house between 7pm and 7am each day.
McEwan admitted possessing an offensive weapon in Westerton Avenue on April 21, shouting, swearing and yelling sectarian comments.
