Larkhall hails our NHS heroes battling coronavirus by erecting a sign in the town

Kind-hearted Larkhall residents have thanked the heroes of the NHS by erecting a sign in their town.

It appeared on Broomhill Drive yesterday just outside the Home Bargains store.

Hailing the NHS for their efforts during the coronavirus outbreak, Larkhall gave them the dedicated health workers their full backing and thanks.

The mystery sign appeared just a few days ago, leaving many praising it but also wondering who was behind it.

Karen Ferguson Cox posted on Facebook: “Anyone know who did this. it’s amazing.”

Nic Sherwood posted: “Love this!”

Ruby Egan said: “Well done Larkhall.”

Over the years, Larkhall has made national statements through mysterious signs popping up in their town

In October 2016, a sign warning off killer clowns was erected underneath the Welcome to Larkhall sign.

And in November 2015, residents put up a sign that warned terrorist group ISIS they were not welcome.
