Police recovered a stolen car, stolen registration plates and a large knife after a burglary.
Officers found the stolen Fiat, stolen plates and knife in Norley Place, Halewood.
The Fiat was stolen during a burglary, police said.

The knife was spotted hidden next to a path near the car. Police believe the knife was 'intentionally' left at the scene.
Also located nearby were a number of stolen vehicle registration plates
A police spokesperson said: "The vehicle and plates have been recovered and will be examined by forensics. Whilst dealing with the vehicle, officers also located and seized a large kitchen knife that appeared to have been intentionally hidden near to a path, ready for someone to easily access."

Police made the recovery earlier today (Thursday.)
