Large haul including 'impact gun' stolen in late night raid as Scots cops launch probe

Scots cops are appealing for information after an industrial estate was broken into and a number of items were stolen.

Two businesses in Matthew Kerr Place, Kirkton Industrial Estate in Arbroath were targeted on Saturday 5 June.

Between midnight and 1:30am, the two male thieves stole a Milwaukee impact gun with two batteries and a red, black and white Honda CRF 450 motorbike with the registration plate RX10JVE which they pushed away through a nearby wooded area.

Other items stolen from the businesses included a laptop, SNAP diagnostic reader, Volkswagen handheld diagnostic reader. Amongst other things, a sat nav and Snap-On tools, were also recovered nearby.

The men have both been described as being of slim build and wearing dark tracksuits and face masks. One of them had a light square emblem on the front of his top.

Police Scotland said: "If you have any information that could assist us, please call 101 or speak to any police officer. Also, information can be given anonymously through CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111. Our reference is incident 0860 of 5th June."
