Emergency services are at the scene of a fire on an industrial estate.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said they received a report of a fire on an industrial estate on Canal Road in Cwmbach, Aberdare, at about 7.20pm on Sunday.
Four fire engines have been sent to the industrial estate and the incident is ongoing.
A fire service spokesperson said the fire has affected a "single storey building used as a car wash and commercial garage".
South Wales Police are also in attendance at the scene.
Pictures posted on Facebook and Twitter show a retail unit on fire with smoke rising above.
Cones have been placed along Canal Road on the approach to the industrial estate while firefighters tackle the fire.
