James Harden is going to wear number 13 in Brooklyn during his tenure with the Nets, but he’ll have to get it off of Landry Shamet first.
Harden is a star and he’s going to get his number. But we know how this all works — it’s definitely going to cost him a pretty penny. Shamet has the number for now and Harden will have to buy it off of him if he wants to continue wearing it.
Harden has to figure out how much it’s going to be so, naturally, he asked Shamet. He posted the question to Instagram on Friday.

LOL. For those of you who don’t remember, that’s James Harden at hip hop superstar Lil Baby’s birthday party.
He gave him a Prada bag full of honey buns, $100,000, and a Richard Mille watch. That’s easily closing in on half a million dollars in gifts. So that seems to be Shamet’s starting point if he’s serious.
Harden is already on the case.
