Landry delivers a message to Beckham on social media

Best friends Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr. thought they would leave the dream of playing together for years with the Cleveland Browns. The former LSU teammates were thrilled when the talented receiver was traded to Cleveland and gave them a chance to reunite.

For many, the two players coming together was the perfect anecdote for whatever ailed Beckham’s final years with the New York Giants.

Unfortunately, their dream of playing together ended with the Browns releasing Beckham after a week of drama. If anyone wondered how their relationship was at the end of their time together in Cleveland, Landry has made numerous supportive posts on Instagram.

Yesterday, as news broke that Beckham would be signing with the Los Angeles Rams, Landry shared a message with his friend via his Instagram story:

With the Rams playing well in the NFC and the Browns turning the corner in an interesting AFC, the two teams meeting up in the Super Bowl is possible. The amount of drama, if that were to happen, would fill headlines for the weeks leading up to the event.

Cleveland fans would take that drama if it meant their team was in the Super Bowl as Landry is hopeful for.
