Landon Collins isn’t the biggest fan of New York Giants general manager David Gettleman.
Collins has never hidden this point since joining the Washington Redskins, openly talking about how he wasn’t happy with his exit in the Big Apple and that the general manager himself wasn’t around much.
Recently, Collins hopped on NFL Network and joked he’d like to get a shot at Gettleman on the field or sidelines.
“I would try to tell one of my defensive back coaches to throw the ball in that direction, and give a nice little thud, a little run-over, a quick little ‘Uhh,’ something like that. I’m going to make it a little subtle, you know?
Collins also later added the following:
The rivalry between the Redskins and Giants didn’t really need any help, yet Collins continues to be more than happy to stir this pot.
Collins will get at least two shots at Gettleman’s Giants next year, and while this extracurricular stuff obviously won’t occur, he’ll have a big chance to put the chip on his shoulder to work.
