A landmark pub looks unrecognisable after being converted into apartments.
The Crosby is steeped in history, and is famous for still having a cannon outside dating back to the American Civil War.
The cannon has been preserved as part of the new development.

Nine "luxury" one and two bedroom apartments now populate the site, on Liverpool Road, and images on Rightmove show modern furnishings and a "contemporary finish".
One bedroom apartments are priced from £125,000, while those with two bedrooms start at £160,000. They are on the market with Logic estate agents.
