An admired Hamilton listing that is described as one of Newcastle's finest homes is headed to auction on Saturday.

First National Newcastle City's Roger Ingham, in conjunction with API Property Specialist Agents, has marketed the grand residence at 113 Everton Street with an auction guide of $2.95 million.
