Luxury new homes could be built on land near to Coxmoor Golf Club.
Ashfield District Council recently granted planning permission for five luxury five-bedroom detached homes with double garages.
Now the development land has now gone up for sale at a guide price of £925,000.
The 1.2 acre site is part of former livery stables in Cauldwell Road, Sutton in Ashfield, near to Coxmoor Golf Club and Kings Mill Reservoir. It has already created huge interest from housing developers.

Estimated price tags for homes of the type expected to be built here would be around £500,000-£600,000, according to the land and property agent.
