A youth centre on wheels is proving to be a popular meeting point for high school kids in East Kilbride.
The double decker is called Message Bus and has been making a pit stop in St Leonards Square for the past month.
The project is a partnership between Claremont Parish Church youth club Crossword and Message Trust Scotland.

Teens can engage with games such as Fifa and Wii and try out the climbing wall inside or get their nails done at nail bar. Snacks are also provided.
After the October week the bus will park up at the shopping precinct once more on Wednesday, October 20 from 7 till 8.30pm and for a final time at Claremont Parish car park Church on October 27 when a video provided by Youth Alpha will be shown as an introduction to their course ( https://alpha.org/youth/ ).

Entry to the bus is free; only a name and a phone number is needed for track and trace purposes.
Mirjam Murphy, the Families’ and Young People’s Ministry coordinator who runs the project at Claremont Parish Church, said: "We have seen up to 70 teens through the bus doors on one night. We are hoping to build up a vibrant youth group on back of this. It is great to see kids enjoying the activities on the bus and wanting to come back with their friends the week after."

The bus is also stopping near Westwood Baptist Church on Thursday nights before it sets off to other areas in Scotland.
