Lanarkshire residents invited to share feedback on leisure services

South Lanarkshire residents are being asked their opinions on leisure and culture facilities across the area.

An online consultation has been set up by the council to ask locals their thoughts on a new five-year strategy for South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture (SLLC).

Residents are being encouraged to share feedback on the plans that will shape leisure and cultural services for the next five years.

Kay Morrison, general manager of SLLC, said: “I would like to ask as many people as possible to take part in our survey and tell us your views.

“It gives an unique opportunity to feedback on the direction for SLLC for the next five years and on how we shape the service moving forward.”

The new objectives are based on the themes of health and wellbeing, connected and engaged, equality and inclusion and organisational sustainability.

The survey will be open until June 7 and more information on the range of leisure and culture activities SLLC offer can be found on their website.
