A Lanarkshire community council are offering funding to help boost local groups.
Cambuslang Community Council will be inviting applications for their small grants scheme from September 1 onwards.
Dozens of groups have earned extra funding in recent years thanks to the initiative, which the community group say will help support organisations that provide "positive change" for Cambuslang.
Clare Williamson of Cambuslang Community Council told Lanarkshire Live : "We are calling on local groups to help make positive changes to Cambuslang.
"This is the fourth year we have had the pleasure of administering these grants and we are delighted that they have benefited many local groups, helping them to carry out a wide range of activities within the community.
"We recognise that this year more than ever, many groups will need a bit of extra support and even a small grant can make a huge difference, so we are encouraging local groups in Cambuslang West to apply.
Individuals, groups, and organisations within the Cambuslang West districts of Central Cambuslang, Circuit, Eastfield, Greenlees, Silverbank, and Whitlawburn can get involved.
"The purpose of the grants is to enable individuals and groups to have access to funds which will enhance the quality of life for residents in Cambuslang West, contribute to a vibrant, healthy and successful community, and to promote community spirit and activity."
Applications for funding will open on Thursday September 1 2022 and close on Friday September 30 at 5pm. Successful applicants will be notified by the end of October 2022.
On-line applications forms can be obtained from the Cambuslang Community Council website here or submitted by email to cambuslangcomco@aol.com.
Paper copies can also be posted out on request by emailing the address above.
Funding was provided through South Lanarkshire Council's Renewable Energy Fund Micro Grant Scheme, who awarded Cambuslang £5,000 to hand out.
The aim of the scheme is to support a range of activities in the community.
