Lanarkshire clubs find out Challenge Cup ties

Seven Lanarkshire clubs have discovered their opponents in the SoccerShop Challenge Cup third round in February.

Six have ties, with only one drawn at home, while Airdrie's West Of Scotland League club Gartcairn have a bye to the fourth round.

Wishaw were drawn at home to Wigtown and Bladnoch, while Blantyre Vics and Forth Wanderers have trips to Johnstone Burgh and Clydebank, respectively.

Cumbernauld United are at St Cadoc's, and Lowland League title chasers East Kilbride are at Tynecastle FC.

Thorniewood United must overcome Craigroyston if they are to travel to Blackburn United in the third round.

Ties are:

Wishaw v Wigtown and Bladnoch;

Blackburn United v Thorniewood/Craigroyston;

Johnstone Burgh v Blantyre Vics;

St Cadoc's v Cumbernauld United;

Tynecastle v East Kilbride;

Clydebank v Forth Wanderers.

Ties are to be played on Saturday, February 6.
