Lana Del Rey has blessed us with some extremely cute BTS snaps from her wedding, in celebration of the one-year anniversary of her marriage to Jeremy Dufrene.
The singer and the alligator swamp tour guide tied the knot in Louisiana last year with a ceremony located in the same bayou where Jeremy operates his boat tours.
While the nuptials were kept relatively under the radar, we’ve now gotten a whole carousel of intimate pics from the wedding, shared by Lana on Instagram and dotted by a few familiar faces.
In one snap, the newlyweds are seen posing in their wedding garb while on an airboat — presumably used by Jeremy to scope out nearby alligators — while another gives a glimpse of their wedding cake, which features a gold-framed painting of a cabin.
Elsewhere, we see longtime Lana collaborator Jack Antonoff cheering on the pair alongside his wife, The Substance star Margaret Qualley. Also nestled in the IG dump are snaps of the newlyweds feeding each other cake, and a bottle of perfume etched with the words “Love on the bayou” and the date of their 2024 ceremony.
Meanwhile, on her Instagram Stories, Lana shared a video of herself walking down the aisle, soundtrack by some truly fairytale-like strings as she’s given away by her dad, Robert Grant. There’s just something in my eye, I promise!
It marks the most recent look inside the pair’s nuptials, with Lana sharing another pic of herself and Jeremy at the altar back in June with a cameo from celebrant Judah Smith.
Lana and Jeremy’s history dates back to 2019, when the singer shared an image of her captaining an airboat with her man. Their relationship became apparent by 2024, when snaps of them in public circulated on social media and prompted a response from Lana herself.
At the time, Lana called hogwash on the posts of a social media user claiming to be Jeremy’s daughter, but never outright denied rumours she was dating Jeremy.
It comes just days after we again got a BTS look into the nuptials of Charli xcx, who mentions Lana in her Brat song “Mean Girls” and who tied with the knot with The 1975’s George Daniels at an Italian wedding attended by Alex Corsani, Julia Fox and Benito Skinner.
While the major perk for Lana one year after her wedding would be love and romance (duh!), you can’t deny that unfettered access to alligator tours is a pretty awesome bonus.
