A man was lucky to escape serious injury after he appeared to crash his expensive Lamborghini sports car into two bollards, a plant pot and a Lidl sign outside the store in West London today.
Video footage shared on Twitter showed the Lamborghini in flames the aftermath of the crash, as crowds gathered to watch in Hayes, part of the London Borough of Hillingdon.
Thick plumes of smoke rise into the air with debris scattered everywhere but despite the devastating scene, The London Ambulance Service said no one was hospitalised after the lunchtime crash, My London reported.
In the footage shared online, onlookers can be heard exclaiming "Oh my God" and asking "is that a Lamborghini?"

"I need to go to the shop," one man can be heard complaining, before adding, "I need to walk past."
In another video shared on the same thread, the person holding the camera can be heard commentating as he films each bit of the street: "So he's hit that bollard.
"Then he's hit that bollard.
"He's hit that f****** plant pot.
"He's hit the Lidl sign."
Finally, turning the camera to the burnt out car, he says: "And then that's his Lambo."

The London Ambulance Service (LAS) has confirmed nobody was taken to hospital following the crash this afternoon.
An LAS spokesperson said: "We were called at 1:00pm today (5 November) to reports of a road traffic collision on Uxbridge road, Hayes.
"We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
"We assessed a person but they were not taken to hospital."

The Lamborghini crashed outside the Lidl on Uxbridge Road in Hayes, West London.
It is not not clear what model of Lamborghini it was, though if it was an Aventador it would have cost at least £271,146 new.
It is also unclear what caused the vehicle to leave the road and catch fire.
