Lambeth: Man dies after fatal stabbing near Waterloo station

A man has died after a fatal stabbing in Lambeth, the Met Police have said.

Police were called to an incident on Lower Marsh Street in the early hours of Saturday morning to reports that a 32-year-old man had been stabbed.

The man was later found near a block of flats on Frazier Street where he was treated by paramedics and taken to hospital.

The man died in hospital a short time later. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

Homicide detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command have been informed.

A crime scene has been put in place. There have been no arrests and enquiries are ongoing.
