Lamar Jackson appears to be very “quarterbacky” against the Dolphins

We will not mention the “analyst” or the “analyst’s” affiliation, but there was one particular radio meathead who said this week that perhaps Lamar Jackson wasn’t “quarterbacky” enough. This is a ridiculous conceit best left to the vagaries of time (and perhaps Bill Polian’s closet), but if you had any questions about Lamar Jackson’s “quarterbackiness,” the Baltimore Ravens’ quarterback is doing everything in his power against the Miami Dolphins’ defense.

The Ravens had a 28-13 lead at halftime in what was one of the Games of the Year, and Jackson turned it into an absolute rout.

There was this huge throw to Odell Beckham Jr., who went all old-school with one of his historically ridiculous catches…

…this 75-yard touchdown pass to Zay Flowers…

…and this amazing throw to Isaiah Likely on fourth-and-7 that went for a 35-yard touchdown.

Someday, people might understand that Lamar Jackson is as much of a quarterback as any other great quarterback in the NFL. Or, those who dispute that notion will continue to prove that they don’t watch football. In any event, Jackson is forwarding the momentum for his second Most Valuable Player award.

Not bad for a receiver, right?
